Can someone tell me what verbal flirting would be ?

If you talk to a guy and tell him alot about yourself and you both talk alot about eachothers life, even though your friends, does that mean you interested, if you let him know all this stuff about you or is it more of a friend zone thing ?

I dont know what it is but i always seem to end up in the friend zone(treated like everyone else). Its annoying, every one tells me about them and stuff but yet they flirt with any guy they see in front of me. Is there something you can do to avoid being in the friend zone or a way to get out of it ?

she usually asks how i've been and how things are going in my life. but she never gives me the look or anything thats what im confused on. Sometimes shes turns red around me but i dont know if its really me or not.

This girl always says im sweet and said i was nice. Does this mean anything or am i reading too much into it ? btw: we are friends
