I've had a lot of problems with my girlfriend of three years. We are currently on what she called a "break", because of her inability to tell the truth. I honestly should of known better because of the way the relationship began, but I thought she was different now that we we're finally alone together. what she ended up doing that has cuased our relationship to break off was that her friends found some pictures of us together, while searching through her book bag one night at her college study group. They began to question her about whether or not she was dating me still, because to them I did not fit the mold of the person they believed she should be dating. She told them that she had broken up with me before and that she was seeing someone else, and showed them a picture of her ex boyfriend. During the next few weeks her friends invited her and her boyfriend out to events, but she always told them that she would go alone, because she could not bring me along, or else her lie would be discovered. This has gone on for 10 months now, and she just confessed these actions on Saturday Aug. 2nd. I honestly have no idea what to do, I love her, and i could have seen myself married to her in the future. But now, I feel hurt and betrayed and dispite that feeling, I think I may still take her back. I honestly have no idea what to do, or what will happen, the last two days have been filled with sleepless nights, no eating and a sudden increase in my alcohol intake.
