I've known this guy named Neil for about 2 years. we go to the same school and when ever we talk we just look into each others eyes and I feel like I could talk to him forever and we talk about things me and my other friends don't so I am almost positive that there is an attraction bettween us and I was wondering if I should act on it because there's this 311 concert coming up and I know he would go if I asked him but I'm not sure if I should do anything there or not.
