Hello all, I am posting here because I really have no one to turn to for advice so hopefully someone can help me…this is kind of a long story but I’ll keep it as brief as I can. I met this girl about 8 months ago at the party of a mutual friend. We hit it off right from the start, it was as if we had known each other for years. After the party while talking to one of my friends I found out the she had a boyfriend that she had been together for several years. I was very disappointed but more or less let it go. Well the next day I got a call from her (we had exchanged numbers at the party). She wanted to know if I would like to meet her for lunch, despite my better judgment I agreed. Over the course of the next 2 month we would she each other once or twice a week, never anything more then just hanging out or getting a bit to eat. Although at this point it never progressed to anything more I could fell that there was something building between us. After about 3 month we lost contact because her new job allotted her little free time. I thought it may all be for the best and decided not to call her and let what ever we had just die. We didn’t talk for weeks and during that time I was completely miserable all I did was think about her, but I thought the best thing to do was just not think about her as best as I could. About two months ago I got a call from her again she said that she had just moved into an apartment close to me; and wanted to know if I wanted to met to catch up. I couldn’t say no so we met up. We went out to lunch like we had done before, and spent the whole day together. One thing leads to another and we ended up having sex. After it we talked about what we had just done she said she didn’t regret it at all and was happy it happened. It went on like this for weeks and I could tell that I was feeling in love with her. She said that she felt the same way but didn’t know what she “wanted”. I have told her that I can’t be doing this but she wont chooses between me and her boyfriend. I know at this point that I should just break It off with her altogether but the few months we didn’t talk before was unbearable, I really love this woman but I have no idea what to do…….any advice would be greatly appreciated.
