My boyfriend and I have been moving at a rather slow pace, but it lets me know he respects me. I really like everything. Last night, I took my shirt and bra off in front of him while he held me and we were making out and everything. He took off his shirt as well. It was the first time we were lying together shirtless. He kept starring at me and whatnot- like most boys tend to do when boobs are in the situation- and whispered "you're beautiful".
I had no idea what to say to that. I don't feel beautiful. I've been anorexic/bulimic for 7 years now and I have had an issue with body image. I just froze. I have no idea if he noticed. I'm very happy he said that, but at that moment I wanted to cry. I have no idea why. I don't feel beautiful- but he said I was.
What would you guys have done/said? What should I do/say next time?
