I amn 28 and have been seeing a girl of 20 for about 6 weeks now. She is due to marry tomorrow but we have been seeing each other every day right up to now. She says she really loves me and wants to be with me and I firmly believe and I really want the same. Trouble is we have both known our feelings for a few weeks now and she has never quite managed to pluck up the courage to call everything off. She has spoken to her fiance several times saying that they are not right together and he just breaks down in tears and she feels bad and can't bear to hurt him. Now the big day is right upon us and she says she has to go through with it as she is too scared of hurting him and letting other people down. I have not put her under any pressure as I really love her and only want to see her happy. We have talked and it appears she feels once the big day is over and they get back to normality she will be able to finish with him and be with me. Now I find in 24 hours I have to go to the church and watch my sweetheart marry someone I know she is not 100% happy with.
What do I do, I really don't want to spoil her day as I don't think she would ever forgive or trust me again yet I am relunctant to just stand by and let her make such a big mistake.
