  1. I need to loose weight. I used to be a size 9 but now hahaha i dont even wanna say what size I am makes me sick!! seriously. It depresses me that I cant wear my old clothes or anything like that. But nothing seems to motivate me AT ALL!!!!! Ill always say oh next week ill do it. I think my main problem is FAST FOOD... Ill eat it even if im not hungry or in the mood for it. Another thing is SODA!!! Does anyone know of tips where I can get myself off this fastfood and soda kick? And another thing I never really excercise... I want some stuff to do at home aside from going to the gym. I dont have the cash for a personal trainer and really I dont want one. Maybe like going to the gym for the treadmill, bikes, weights... and then buy like an areboic video and one of those ball things (ive heard they work extremely well for the stomach area) to do at home... And what time of day should I excercise? Maybe evening to night because waking up early enough to get some in before work is a totally no for me!! lol PLease Help
