Corporate Finance involves work with the financial data of the corporation, decisions involving this, and the analysis that goes along with it. This may involve taxation, profit and loss, depreciation, financing, debt management, and so on.

 

Corporate Banking involves the relationship and financial transactions between a corporation and it's partner financial institutions (banks, investment companies, etc).
