i broke up with a guy. i knew the relationship wasn't really going anywhere, but, i still feel bad about it. we dated for 4 months and i feel like i knew nothing about him - he was very secretive about himself. i feel really alone right now i know i did the right thing though - deep down inside... anyone else broke up with someone and felt the same way i do??

Hello, we all feel that when there's a breakup, if we start it we can also feel guilty for hurting the other person even if we know it was the right thing to do.

It will get better with time, and when you feel alone just phone a friend or go out somewhere.
