You cant be scared. Tell her how you feel. It has to be one of those "what the hell" moments where you just let it go. It'll be ok. Even if she is no longer interested (which I highly doubt because I'm the girl in this story in the same situation) she will be understanding and will appreciate the truth. You know you both want you to do it. You can feel what another person is feeling a lot... you already know she does.
