Come on aaa123, you needed to say something because you're feeling the pain. If you let us know what it is then we (The forum members) can help. Just putting it down on here may help you anyway. If you was tempted to write it then it is important enough for us to read and help you if we can .

I'm afraid im relapsing into depression, been suicidal for weeks. Was told I was a burden.(in a nice way but u know) and I just really don't want to go on antidepressants again. I'm considering taking natural measures like supplements to make this lift but hopefully I don't kill myself before then. I seriously contemplated it today. I dunno anymore. Thank you for the response
