Rahll Posted July 17, 2004 Share Posted July 17, 2004 other way around. A guy can orgasm without having any semen come out. This can be due to a number of medical reasons. The most likely is that a guys balls simply do not produce any semen or sperm (forgot the medical condition but its fairly rare). A more serious condidtion occurs when the semen somehow gets trapped, this can lead to pain, inflamation, and loss of blood. Ejaculation implies orgasm. Some orgasm's are stronger than others, even for guys, there have been times where I've been jacking off, have gotton soft (due to an intruption in my jacking) but have been on the verge of orgasm. When I resumed I came very very quickly, had a little mini orgasn, but still ejaculated (even though I was soft). The orgasm triggers the ejulation. Link to comment
