well i am at a point that i think it time to make that move but am not really sure if i should. she is a difficult to read and when i think it should be the time it isint i dont know what to do next can anyone help

You are a little short with details. How long do you know this girl? Are you actually dating her? Is she your g/f? If she is, I would just go ahead and give her a BIG kiss. Why? Hmmm... if she is your g/f she will be open minded about it. Either she will reject you, but WITH a valid explanation, OR she will give in and answer your kiss. It's not like that she will break up with you right away.
