Alexio Posted April 4, 2004 Share Posted April 4, 2004 Hi, My girlfriend is experiencing the following: - Period came 2 weeks early - has lasted twice as long so far - less but browner/darker in colour (sorry to be graphic) I've asked if this could be "spotting", as in bleeding but not the actual period but she thinks it's too heavy for that to be it... Any ideas? Is any of this normal or should we be worried? Link to comment

sweetharmony Posted April 4, 2004 Share Posted April 4, 2004 yes, those side effects are normal for the morning after-pill. many people experience heavy spotting (brown spots) for an extended lenght of time, but if she's worried, she should call Planned parenthood or her doctor and ske them the ?'s.
