Thanks for that chaps I am going to see someone who can help, I admit that what I have done is wrong and want to put it right, my wife keeps telling me she dosen't know what she wants anymore and can't promise anything, I am going to give it my best shot. Thank you

Hi I am in need of advice, I have been married for 2 yrs, living with my partner for 5yrs. I am really happy apart from the fact that I keep putting her down and saying really nasty things, also I don't appolgise after. I never mean the things I say, they just come out. To cut a long story short, she asked for some time and space, she was feeling very low. I am back now but she dosn't know how she feels about me anymore and I am scared I will lose her. The house is hers but both our names are on the mortgage, I find it hard to talk to her now as she has got her guard up and dosen't let me in to her heart. I what to make a go of our marriage but she now has reservations, what can I do to show her I mean what I say and I won't revert back what I was like. I have said I love her but she dosen't say it back, she used to be totally devoted to me not 2 weeks ago, it's just all gone wrong.
