Im 19 and im heading to the doctors tomorrow. Im just afraid of having an infection with me not been able to clean my penis properly.

I have a problem in that i cant pull back the foreskin of my penis. Is there something wrong with me?

I am a 28 year old 'man'! I just want to know if there are other guys out there like me. I have a 3.5" penis when hard and size 5 feet , very small feet. Am i normal? Why didn't i fully grow?
