Sounds to me like you may need to distance you and your man away from this friend. There's no reason for him to expect you to put up with his friend's crap. Tell him to tell his buddy to knock it off, or tell him yourself, and just get away from both of them for a bit. Your man will miss you terribly, and I imagine he'll realize he wants to see you over his dim-witted friend. Just my 2 cents...
