It is dramatic, though not in a complete bad way. it'd be drama queenish if she treated it that way, but she seems really torn up about the whole thing. And i do want to be there for her, but she doesn't accept comfort very well. I've only known her a couple of months, but i know she has tons of pride, and doesn't like leaning on anyone. but she does accept advice...that's probably why it's so complicated. if i could just be there for her, it'd be alright, i could hug her and stuff...but she won't let me. but if i were to give her adviiice she wuoldn't mind that, but THAT'S what i suck at. figures she'd prefer the one i have problems with

Alright...I'm slightly new at this, so if I make absolutely no sense I apologize. I'm basically asking for advice on how to give advice. My friend...We'll call her Jessica...She's still mega in love with her ex-boyfriend. They've been on and off for about 3 years now, but she's never stopped loving him. This is all coming from her, but she won't tell me too much, she has trust issues. But yeah, this is from her. But okay, so according to her she's put this guy..We'll call him...Smeagol, lol, yeah Smeagol. So she's Smeagol through this emotional roller coaster for...I think she said a year, now...So she was feeling horrible about that and wanted to "let him go" to put it dramatically. So she told Smeagol she didn't love him anymore--she lied. And a couple of days ago he told her he was falling out of love with her. She's been mega bummed at school since Tuesday, but she refuses to cry. She's ran out of school a couple of times over the past couple of days just cause she hates crying in public. But anyway, last night he found out, and told her he DID still love her!. Okay, that's the backround info! Now for the advice part! I have no idea HOW to comfort her! I've never handled this before, or heard about anyhting like this. I followed her out of school and found her curled in a corner in the SE courtyard and she was crying her eyes out!! I don't know what to do! Smeagol likes another girl, she wants him to be with that girl, but at the same time she still loves him and wants to be selfish, but then she thinks she'll just keep hurting him and yeah! i have NO idea how to handle ANY of this!
