It is something all encompassing that takes over the body so that you can do nothing about it. It feels so good it hurts! Sometimes, when it's real a deeper feeling, it grabs my spirit, and I feel like crying afterward. Sometimes, I have been left in a state of ecstasy so that I just want to be there for awhile in the "afterthroes" of it. It takes over the enitire body and all u can do is focus directly on that feeling. the first couple of time i had an orgasm i guess u could say i "cummed" (fluid)...but it doesn't happen anymore.
