i used to have the same problem as you. What i do is i use St. Ives medicated (with salicylic acid) scrub. I scrub really hard on the area around my nose and eyebrows (or where ever you have alot of dry skin) it might hurt but scrub HARD for about 30 seconds on each spot. Rinse, the skin might be a little bit raw, but the dry skin should be gone. After make sure you use a NONCOMODEGENIC moisturizer..i use Cetaphil brand moisturizer. Make sure you apply it all over your face. Only scrub hard once a week. The rest of the days just scrub.

 

I really hope this helps, becuase i know it can be frustrating.

It took me about 2 months for it to be completely gone but usually about once a month a get it back, but i can scrub it away.
