Relapse

The problem is I don't know HOW to say what I feel, understand?

Alrighty, I think I am in need of relationship advice. There is a girl that I have liked for a while now and I don't really know what to say to ask her to be more than just friends. The reason I ask for help, is that my last 4 relationships didn't last more than 5 days... (at least 3 months of being single between them all) the last one ended because she said I was to nice and she wasn't used to it. Anyways, I just don't know what to do anymore... any advice?
