Day 14 since I told her off for good, and this Tuesday is 3 weeks of freedom!

Day 16 since I've seen her, Day 11 since she last called, and getting better each day!

OK, Day 4, which is pretty good for me. Previous best was three weeks.

 

I think I'll smash that this time, as I really don't want to contact her.

 

Ho hum ...

My record with my ex was one week shy of 4 months, I guarantee I'll break that record a million times over this time, I ensured today that We will never speak to each other again!

Day one of forever of NC!

Back again, we broke up for good, really good, last week. Day 2 of NC, following a "I really didn't cheat" e-mail that I won't ever believe!

Didn't sleep so well though, had a strange dream that I spoke to her and all she did was tell me about who she had been hooking up with since she dumped me.

I know that very well. I am glad I dropped off myspace, it would hurt too much to see her status and her comments, I'm glad I just don't know!

I still check CL though, we reconnected through a missed connection on there, even though I am so much happier without her (for real this time), I still look relentlessly. I need to break that addiction!

It's so easy to drive yourself nuts thinking that, but all it will do is stress you out. I used to do that all the time, wondering this about her, wondering if she's that. Focus on you, and you alone. You can't control how they'll feel, but you can control how you feel.

Try to stay on the bright side. Focus on the interview, and good luck with that! Tell us how it goes.
