Back again, and once i again i cannot sleep im starting to do it without even realising it now and its killing me. I cant stop thinking about her- throughout the day i go fine.. thinking im finally over her but as night comes along .. well u know. Dont know what to do

Its late into the night, cannot be any sleepier yet i cant fall asleep. I dont know what to do but think of the good times and the things that ruined it all. I dont know what to do I need to sleep but i cant
