Reading that back to myself I'm completely obsessed with the texts! And timings and what he is doing now and why his tick is 1 and not 2!!

From my previous post I had a night out Friday and my "Date" had his night out Sat. Friday went well he didn't text me so I sent him a checking in text 3 hours into my night, he went the pub for last orders and carried on messaging me. I never heard off him all day Sat but its my weekend with my daughter and I don't think he likes to disturb our time. I said to him I'd keep him updated with the football score so I messaged him around half 5 with the score he then sent me a few messages ɓut I was with my friend so didn't reply plus I thought he was at a party and didn't want to disturb him. When I dud respond he responded which I appreciated as he didn't need too. On the last text he sent I'd fallen asleep so didn't reply this was 1am. I messaged him back this morning and my message has 1 tick on it. Please can someone stop me from going into a spiral of negative thoughts.

Oh no did not last partly because we lived in each others pockets and they never took me out they just came round all the time. True when he is with me he never gets his phone out!

Yes completely agree with the not texting whilst he's out with his mates. I've always said go have fun with your mates or have a good night.

I'm not used someone Im dating telling me to go out and enjoy myself and even encouraging me to have a drink. All my relationships prior they used to go in a mood etc. Do you think he will expect me to message him whilst I'm out? He is out tomorrow night with his friends I'm not used to this so I'm not sure if he's expecting me to text him whilst he's out or if that will just annoy him.

You know your right with the texting. My previous partners have always texted throughout the day and night. This guy is so busy with work that ì probably get no more than ⁵ a day and I've surprised myself with being fine with this as it's always been that from the get go and he explained that at the beginning. Sometimes to make a girl happy you just need to be honest and open 😌

Hello I'm new to this 😁 I've been on 3 dates with this guy in the space of 2 weeks. He's lovely. I've had bad dates/relationships in the past I've been cheated on ( I don't think he slept with anyone but was texting another woman and sent her flowers) I do have low self esteem but I don't show it to people I've been told I'm quite a confident person. My friends have told me off for thinking that this fella is too good looking for me. I look around in restaurants at other woman and think why is he with me. I have red hair (it's dyed a bright red but I'm naturally auburn) and last night he asked me what my hair colour was and I confidently said red (but deep down I felt gutted he had to ask) he did reply with I've never been out with someone with ginger/red hair. He compliments me all the time, he said my nails ɓring out my hair colour that ive lovely figure ànd he likes my belly 😆. I do get attached to a person quite quickly all my friends tell me not to put all my eggs in 1 basket but I'm not the type of person to date lots of people. He has been the one to ask me out again everytime. I don't really know why I posted this I suppose I just wanted to write it down. Re reading it I think I need to have more confidence in myself.
