  1. As someone working daily against ptsd, Overthinking and anxiety I can honestly say that at the root of it is mindfulness. I'm always thinking about could have and its. The future potentially or worrying about what already has happened. Stay in the moment as much as you can and experience the breeze on your face. The smell of the flowers and the warmth of the sun. Breathe it all in
