Thanks soul searcher I'll add that, it ends if off nicely, and somehow you got the general meaning of my poem too.

Strong and silent, randomly violent. You try to hide it. But it's all in vain, you can't bleach out the stain. You try to refrain, and keep it out of your brain. But the pain is refreshed again, now your half crippled, holding a cane. When your talking about it, you change the topic. You do your best to stop it. Tell everybody to drop it. I just wrote this down off the top of my head, but now got writers block at almost midnight.
