She passed today, she smiled. I ignored her. I feel like such a * * * * . She'd never have done that to me.

Contacted her to say happy birthday. Regretted it right away. I guess this now my proper NC.... No more excuses.

Day 5.

Miss her. Her birthday tomorrow, for which i wasnt invited too.

I am going to text her tomorrow, just to say happy birthday... Thats not weakness is it? Maybe i shouldn't......

I dont even know if she cares.

Day 4* sorry. This was the hardest day, she came through the floor, but didnt say anything. I didnt notice she was there....

Day 5. Think shes working today... This contact stuff is nonsense. I'm just gunna be the ckeeys charmer i always was... aslong as she talks to me first... haha.

Day 3.

Might see her at work, might not. Im not going to talk to her. She probably wont talk to me. Who cares? Maybe shes met someone else now?

Day 2.

No communication. There wont be from either side.

NC 1.

Miss her. She was an Angel. Lovely, Jaw Droppingly Gorgeous. Sweet. Charming.....

I know NC is the only way. In fairness to myself, i have not lost my cool over this at all.

Starting again. She spoke to me at work, said she was sorry for the loss of my grandfather. I texted her later saying that was nice of her, we sent a few text back and forward, but i made sure to cut it off.

Day 3.

She came into our work on her day off yesterday. Walked through my floor, i awknowledged her, then gave her a thumbs up. She gave a pathetic smile....

We're both working tomorrow, i wonder if she'll ignore me like a child again... lol.

I think you'll get her back. Maintaining composure, being cool is critical. I dont think this NC thing is the way forward, a little smile aludes confidence totally blanking shows immaturity, aswell as that you are not coping.

Day 2... Urm, her birthday is coming up. No invite for me though, weird as... dunno if its because she doesnt give a * * * * or shes a psycho. I had no issue with the just friends situation, i just didnt want it to be weird at work anymore....

Day 4. My hardest day so far- thought about her when i got up. Possibly because we were both sitting on MSN last night not talking. Think am gunna quit MSN. Dunno. away on holiday for the weeked.....

I wanna start N/C....But I know this sounds silly, what is the goal? I need to focus on a reason why. I want my husband back, so is N/C gonna improve my chances of that, or remove me from his memory. And also, if the purpose is to make them miss you and contact you, then if they do contact in the 30 days thats a good thing init? why ignore that contact, when its what you want? after 30 days, can contact me accepted?? I just need more advice on it...Sorry....PS...Do I start tomoorw as I already texted him today?? lol

NC is in place for you to fill you're time with constructive things and better yourself. Its about you- you becoming stronger and you moving on. Sometimes NC makes the other half miss you. I feel its the most productive way if you are looking for them to miss you. But, you never no. Maybe LC might be the best starting point for you. Dont text him- he should text you. and yes Start tomorrow.

Right, i'm back. Sent her my last text today asking her out to the cinema, i know she wont reply... She hasnt said much recently. NC works, it always does- i just need this to keep me right... I've been doing 3/4 days then conctacting her.

Yes. Not only WILL it get better NC is the only way it does get better. I was in the exact same place- a year to the day. NC got me free of her, eventually got her back in my life; the irony is im back here. Same place. Same girl. But it worked.

Its really funny i started this over a year ago and it worked. But funny how these girls creep back into your lives again. And now, maybe i'm back- the exact same way i was before. Same girl too.....

She is the most beautiful girl i know. Trully.

Just hopes this N/C thing can numb the pain and take it away again.

Day 2, again. She text me a reply from sunday, yesterday. I swore on monday i'd keep NC. I mean it this time. So i amn't texting her back.

Should have went NC sooner. Now she isnt responding and it hurts. I dont know why the pain isn't going?

Friendships, be civil- not best buddies, dont always be available, see other people, be fun, be free, be yourself. No contact is a healing thing, if a person was ignoring me- i'd soon get fed up.

She just text me back an hour later, and i text her back an hour after that but with a closed text.

Broke NC and i feel so bad for doing it. But its not as bad, considering she text me right?
