"Anansi Boys" Neil Gaiman

I tend to agree. Maybe it is the Twilight saga era we live in... but vampires seem to be appearing more and more friendly lately - like dark playboys, and less like the seductive evil they have traditionally been.
I'm sorry your customer was disappointed Did he give you any feedback/reasons as to why?
It is easy for someone like me to say I think a vampire should look more dark/evil, but since this is a representation of him, his reasons for not liking it may be more personal.

After seeing the lastest Harry Potter, I'm feeling like I want to re-read the 6th and 7th books definitely...
But I'm reading "Undress Me In The Temple Of Heaven" by Susan Jane Gilman

"Are You There Vodka? It's Me, Chelsea" By Chelsea Handler.
...simultaneously with a book on organic chemistry, just for balance
Next on my list: "Undress Me in the Temple of Heaven" by Susan Jane Gilman.
... and more chemistry, because next semester is going to be a b*tch.

Very beautiful storeys, and profoundly heartfelt.
I felt choked up reading it, without doubt... my heart goes out to you. You have so much strength and love inside you.

Sexy lil thread!
Nice post, Eto.
Hmmm...let's see....
The sounds. The breathing. The anticipation.
The playfulness.... wicked little smiles and giggles. The mental stimulation.
The closeness, in body... in mind.
The amazing and nearly indescribable feeling of mutual orgasm.
The pleasure of witnessing your lover orgasm and bringing them to that ecstasy.
...... Just to name a few

So is this old or new?
But seriously... I like. Good gravy you know I know how it feels. Writing helps so much and such beautiful things come of it. Some of the best parts of humanity in my opinion. Please keep it up.

To me it seems like its about a forced relationship, a possessive one. "They had a ceremony where he put her in a bridle.." He thought he could possess her, control her... and she ran free.
And instead of being just angry, he's actually sad. He misses her.
Just off the top of my head, I'd have to do more pondering to pick it apart further but I love songs for this reason.

I just finished "Water for Elephants" by Sara Gruen... wonderful book, completely engrossing.. and I believe currently being filmed as a major film I heard over halfway into it... so that's exciting.
