I'd forward the e-mail to your girlfriend and ask her "Why is your husband sending me naked pictures of himself?" If they end up getting in a fight over it, well so be it! IMO, that would be as it should be, and not your fault. He has no business sending his naked picture out to his wife's girlfriends! Period. To not let your girlfriend know that he's done this is to be loyal to her husband, instead of her.
