What a frustrating experience reading this! It was not a short read yet it gave me no actionable strategies from EBT. In no way did this make me want to learn more about EBT. Mindfulness, journaling, communicating with others etc. are nothing new. I read this to learn specific techniques from EBT which were not included, yet it was implied throughout. The author of this article lost an opportunity to have someone interested in learning more about this process. Vague promises only.
