  1. Hiya everyone! I need some advice! I started dating this new guy since October of last year and things have been going pretty well! We have done so many things together so far and we already have plans for vacation this coming fall season in 2024. I’ve met his immediate family already and they are all so chill and welcoming. When my boyfriend and I started being at each others homes, we would watch random show together. His favorite show is Yellowstone, which I know is an excellent show! He has already watched the entire series, but I’ve only watched a couple of episodes because of him. Last night, they were playing a couple of episodes of Season 3. I was preoccupied with something I was doing on my laptop. The volume on my tv wasn’t even on, since I can’t concentrate on background noise too much if I’m working on something. I sent a snapchat to him of what I was doing and he noticed that I was “watching” Yellowstone. He asked, “when did you start getting into that?” I told him, “Someone I know showed it to me a couple of months ago 😉” as a joke. He told me, “We could have watched together if you wanted, I wouldn’t spoiled it”. At this point, I felt horrible that it was even on my tv, however, I was so invested in what I was doing on my laptop that I wasn’t even paying attention to the episodes. I said, “I haven’t watched it consistently. CBS is playing season 3 and I’m lost. I’m not really watching, it’s just on.” He suggested that we watch it together, with a couple of smiley faces. I just feel stupid that I put it on, and he saw it thinking that I was watching without him. He has watched some of my shows that I already have on my tv and he hasn’t seen all of the episodes. He’s patient enough to sit through them! Even when I stay at his place for the night, he doesn’t put Yellowstone on. We usually watch something else. It’s his place so whatever he puts on, I’ll watch no matter what. He’s the same way with my place too! I’m just freaking out a little bit, I did clarify that the show was on my tv and I wasn’t really watching it.
