I had been married for 40 years, but I was never happy. Finally decided to think of me & I asked for a separation. I am now with a man I am happy for the first time in my life. I have guilt still about leaving my husband. My children who are in their 30’s have stopped talking to me. Advice I need is that I am so close to my 13 year old granddaughter & would love her to meet my new partner who I’ve been with for 2 years but my son absolutely refuses. He says I am disrespting him by asking to. He is seperated and doesn’t live with the mother & my grand daughters mother is more than happy for me to… what should I do? Has he that right. My granddaughter is dying to meet my partner & im being thrown abuse by my son who hasn’t spoken to me for 2 years since meeting someone …any advice please, I don’t know if I’m wrong :/
