Not sure I never knew the reason he just left me without notice

Just friends ,we haven't spoke ever since November

Okay I had this friend and we just both up around November of 2022. He just left me without notice and last week i was going into the store and he was ging out and we both saw each other and we just looked at each other for a long few secs then i said hi and then he said hi quietly. I do miss him a lot and really haven't been myself for this months that past. Does this mean anything when we both stared at each other for a secs.

yes i know him in person we met in person no i don't have a crush on him

last week i found my friend on snapchat i added him then after he blocked me and the same with instagram. I did text him after asking he hates me and he respond with in 2 hours saying no. then i asked him if he had a snapchat. he said no but then i wanted to talk more but then he stopped texting. He was the one who gave me his number. What should I do? I been trying to text him for a few days now but no response. Does he feel guilty what should I do?
