They like puppies? Puppies get likes on social networks? Puppy looks tired so maybe they are tired?

Its abudant to take that little things and overanalyze as it can be anything. You just bang your head over nothing.

I am thinking the human don't like real puppies, but like the image.

None of this matters.  Don't make an issue out of 'bye' and who said what?  Why didn't others say, 'bye?' etc.  Who cares?  Everyone minds their own business and goes about their day as should you.  It's not a big deal.

They don't care about you in particular and neither does the girl who said, "Bye."  She was only being polite, no more, no less.

    True

You are way overthinking just a simple "Bye". She maybe wanted to appear friendly and said it. Maybe she is just more mannered then the rest. In any case it doesnt really mean anything in the grand order of things.

I am not concern about that girl but I want to know about the rest 9 members.

I'm presuming English isn't your first language as while your sentence structure is fine your use of certain words isn't within the correct context.

For example, saying they try to "decorate themselves more" doesn't make sense. Do you mean they try to dress fancier or wear a lot of makeup or style their hair in an elaborate way? And what does that have to do with saying goodbye after a training class?

And why do you think this is different from what men do in that same situation?

Yes, everything they do, say makeup to verbal reactions.

I used to teach training classes every day. Very seldom did anyone say goodbye. I also didn't keep track of how many male students said goodbye and how many didn't.

Why are you hyper focused on the women at your workplace? Are you hoping to find a wife or girlfriend at work?

I find girls actions are not normal. I feel they are always in a tight situations.

It depends on your culture if that type of parting greeting is the norm. You need to stop thinking all these young women are after you when they are just engaging in everyday behavior.

    Why don't you have a wife/GF?

Why didn't the other 9 girls act similar, don't they know the norms?

I don't know :), but you didn't answer my query.
