Hello Everyone,

Thank you for allowing me to join your community.  I'm hurting so bad inside that I feel as if I could vomit.  I had an LDR for a few years but it's been broken now.  My biggest worry is that he will already been seeing someone and the fidelity issue is what's making me sick.  I can't picture him with someone else and I don't know how to cope with it?  I cannot stop thinking about it and I can feel the pain in my heart, it's so real.  Can anyone help me cope?  Thank you
