Adzy
My mother recently bought a litre of goji juice, and has wanted me to start trying it. I'm meant to drink 30ml half an hour before food, up to 3 times a day. Is this really beneficial to my health? are there any downsides? I'm 16, bout 60kg, and alright health already. Link to comment
cantexplain
Intersting nutritional topic - thanks for bringing it up. My take on the Chinese results is they haven't been repeated by other researchers. This is a "must" thing for a theory to be accepted more broadly. I am no expert, but I would think that the fruit freshly juiced would be more effective. But if its free (the juice your mama is giving you) then why not? I'd drink it. Make sure you get plenty of other fresh vegetables and fruit, too. You'll live long and thrive you will!! Drink the juice and your mom will be happy, too. Nothing as healthy as a happy home!! Locke2121
A solid healthy diet of veggies, fruits, grains and meat are all a person needs. More fish and fowl than red meat is good, but a little slab of beef every week won't kill you. Get about 30 to 50 minutes of cardio every other day...a good walk is great. Some light weight work is recommended, but not really required. Link to comment
Adzy
lol.. I eat way too much red meat =P but doesn't your body develop to accommodate that anyway? and i dont think she really minds if i drink it or not, was just curious to see if the health benefits of it were worth the time. The link was helpful also, thanks guys Link to comment
