jorgehorge23
I talked about this girl I'm interested in yesterday and today I had to call her for 'business' reasons. Anyway our conversation was all business and I never asked her how she was. I feel like we were flirting in the past but I have the tendency of not showing interest when I really am (does this make sense?). Now I'm kicking myself in the back and I'm wondering tif hat killed my chances. Do women usually lose interest in a single phone convo? I'll see her again in a couple days but now I dont know what to do Thanks Quote Link to comment
in_the_mirror
don't worry too much over one phone call.... if you feel badly you could call her back and say you were sorry but you never caught how her day had went and what not....i'm sure she would think you were sweet... Quote Link to comment
Aurian
I`m sure she`ll understand it was just business. If it makes you feel better, you can send her a friendly call or email and ask about her day. You can say that you get a one-track mind at work or something! Quote Link to comment
Clementine orange
If it is for business reasons then she probably appreciates you sticking to business. Keep the flirting etc for when you're not on the clock (or at least don't have something serious to talk about) Maybe she is even giving you points for know when to flirt and when not to. Plus like the others said, don't read too much into one phone call - stress, busy-ness, someone in earshot - all these things and more could mean a more "brisk" telephone manner. ghost69
it was a business call. if you called for some personal stuff and she didn't seem interested, then i'd question her liking you. Quote Link to comment
