Lithium

Hi

My shrink is going to put me on lithium with my anti depressant as I have treatment resistant depression. Is anyone else taking it? Have they had any bad side effects? Just looking for as much info as possible.

I'm not on it but it's a natural substance found in the water in some town in Texas. It has a calming affect.

One has to have a certain amount of faith and trust in doctors. If you are in doubt a second opinion might help.

I was on it..... wasn't fun. Don't go for the med's unless you are entirely sure you have no other options, because once you are on them, you really need to stick with it.
