cpc28655 Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 Even though my divorce has been uneventful, the last couple of years of my marriage were not happy ones. If I were to describe to you what she put me through, you would all flee from your computers in horror, lol. Anyway, I decided that I needed to express my feelings in a way that would leave a lasting impression. I found a website that does custom printed toliet paper. I still have my copy of the wedding photos. I'll let you deduce the rest of the story on your own. I'm glad she is 1000 miles away.
friscodj Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 This is a freaking hilarious post... Great idea man...great idea... P.S. You got that web address by any chance?
melrich Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 LOL...that's very funny... well I guess it's a pretty harmless gesture, sounds like your relationship has been damaged beyond redemption anyway. Hopefully she gets a laugh too.
cpc28655 Posted February 14, 2007 Author Posted February 14, 2007 link removed I sent her 80 rolls. it was worth every penny. I know she received them, because I checked the tracking number. But I know my ex, she probably got really mad, but she isnt going to say anything to me to avoiding feeding my sense of humor. However, she is compulsive, she will be unable to throw them away, she will use them.
friscodj Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 CPC, you are one funny dude. Eighty rolls...lord have mercy...
This is Horrible Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 this is really funny i am laughing my behind off right now lol.
jengh Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 too funny... that would make very cool and unique wedding favors.. or shower favors..
cpc28655 Posted February 14, 2007 Author Posted February 14, 2007 well, you'd have to read the sentiment printed on the card. the rules prevent me from typing it in this thread.
jengh Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 ooh, i bet it was all cheery and lovey-dovey!!!
cpc28655 Posted February 14, 2007 Author Posted February 14, 2007 I tend to use my humor to get myself through life's "bumps in the road". If we look at the big picture, and see some of the things people have done to one another through the divorce process, what I did was very minor. I can move on now.
friscodj Posted February 14, 2007 Posted February 14, 2007 Hey bro, you could get through a crater in life with your sense of humor. And I am very, very happy to hear you found a method of coping that has helped you to move on from this. Congratulations!
