ex text me today..text back?

Ok so my ex of 4 years just texted me today after almost 3 months of NC.

someone called me last night and would not answer just sit there while I kept saying hello... come to find out it was her and this is the text I get

 

JUST SAYING HI N SEEING HOW THINGS R GOING? U SHOULD NO WHO THIS IS SEE IF U FEEL IT IN UR STOMACH LIKE I DID WHEN I HERD UR VOICE YESTERDAY

 

so do I text here back or stick to NC and If i should text her what should I say?

I think you should avoid doing anything impulsive. I think your ex is acting silly. If she wants to talk to you she should act maturely, pick up the phone and call like a normal person instead of playing childish games. I'd ignore it if I were you.

Show some spine and ignore this call. You broke up for a reason, and if that problem isn't resolved then you only break up and go into nc again for the same reason.
