AnotherBrokenDoll
Ok well i need a little help. Lately my weight keeps going up and down. At one point i had lost 4 kilos but then it has gone back up. I don't understand it. I haven't been starving myself then eating again do it isn't that. Its just weird. So any advice on what it could be and how to keep it off would be lovely. Thanks rozie xoxox
annie24
It is possible that it is water weight. During your monthly cycle, you will have fluctuations in how much you weigh due to how much water you are retaining, what you are eating, etc.... Don't worry about that so much. Don't weigh yourself all the time. Are you eating healthy, taking care of yourself?
Drizown
Could be menstral. Have you been stressed lately? Started the pill recently? Is your cycle regular? That is if u have it... 15 not sure.. if you haven't could be that you're about to start it.
saucyminx
A womans weight changes up and down four times a month. And it's all water, not fat. Try not to focus on the numbers on the scale too much. I went to a diet clinic for 1 yr, and was weighed 3 times a week. Sometimes no matter how hard I'd been working out and eating healthy, my weight would shoot up 3 or 4 pds, and go down 5 pds a few days later even though my measurements had gone down. Also, be consistant with the time of day you weigh yourself. Always the same time of the day. You'll get more of an accurate number. Prefferably after you've emptied your bladder and before you've eaten breakfast. Cheers!
annie24
good point! if you are weighing yourself sometimes in the morning before breakfast, and then other times after dinner when you've been eating all day, there can be a huge difference in the weights. and what you are wearing when you are on the scale. but don't worry about the scale so much, how do your clothes fit? for me, that is my test of how I am doing. AnotherBrokenDoll
Thats it though sometimes my clothes are so loose they are falling off and other times they are quite tight or at least very fitted. It might be my cycle i guess. And yes i have started The Pill recently (well for the second time) but the doctor explained some things about it to me and so i've been kind of carefull to not eat everything in the house lol. I do eat quite healthy. though i admit i could do alot better if i didn't have friends constintly with me lol. I eat very healthy at home. But yea. annie24
you are still young, your body is changing, that is natural. things will settle down in a few years. just make sure that you are eating fresh veggies and fruits everyday, proteins and carbs. get exercise, and don't feel bad about indulging with your friends sometimes. don't freak out if the scale changes. you are still growing.
