There's no need to put her on a 'hot' scale nor put yourself down Even if it doesn't work out between the two of you, what can you do? We're not going to pull every attractive women out there.

I actually had a similar experience except it was strictly 'as friends'. And as shy as I am & we both are involved with someone special, it made it easier for me to be 'me'. At times it was uncomfortable because we went out for a lunch together at work (she was visiting from another office), people would just stare at her because of her looks (blonde, tall, gorgeous, etc). But that also gave me some confidence as I saw her as another person and saw her inside more then the outside.

Just see where it goes. If she's truly interested she'll come around but I wouldn't focus on just her. Go on a date, it doesn't necessarily have to be the perfect 10 and learn to be yourself again. I know it's easier said then done but that's how I feel. And who knows, she might be wondering why you stopped talking to her and see you with another girl which may also get her attention

I think you should just try to put her looks aside and tell yourself that you want to talk to her because of her personality. This will relieve pressure, it works for me and i am a very shy person. Im still pretty bad but im working my way up to talking to more girls. Although im still single and have been for a very long time.

    • Adultery - the New Monogamy?
Adultery is the Future of Marriage? The ancient institution of monogamous marriage is ill-suited to the exigencies of modern Western civilization. People of both genders live and work longer (which renders sexual exclusivity impracticable); travel far and away frequently; and are exposed to tempting romantic alternatives via social networking and in various workplace and social settings. As leisure time increases and physical survival is all but effortlessly guaranteed, recreation takes precedence over procreation.
