Last night I went to bed kind of late after work, and woke up this morning when I usually do. On Sunday mornings, I am rarely physically drained, just tired; you know, that Sunday feeling. But last night I had the most complicated dream in my life, and woke up extremely fatigued physically. Has anyone else experienced such a thing?

Yes I have I know what you mean. As our dreams are a vent of all our suppressed emotions, you must have a lot going on at the moment? Are you stressed?

The worst of it came right after posting this thread. It felt like a migraine attack. Had to go rest for a while. First I felt light-headed (seeing stars), then sounds started to become muffled, then I felt slightly nausous... and made my way to the couch. But by the time I got to the couch, I could hardly see anything clearly, so I had to feel my way on to the couch.

It is hard to tell, but from just thinking about it, I may have woken up in the middle of the dream, which might explain the physical fatigue. My muscles were not relaxed at all.

Weird. I haven't had one that intense in a long time. I feel a lot better now.

I dream often and sometimes even with 7~8 hrs of sleep I feel like my mind didn't rest. I read somewhere such active dream does make you feel tired the next day...the other night I had a dream that I thought it was at least 15~20 min non-stop...so real & life like. Ugh...only if I knew it was a dream!
