I'm obsessed with this album now because it seems to be the soundtrack to my breakup. I thought I'd share these lyrics for anyone who is trying to get to the anger stage!

Music can be a powerful tool to stimulate emotions and feelings, as well as a motivator to change the way that you are feeling.

 

 

When I went through an ugly breakup a while back I had alot of good "breakup songs" on my Ipod and I listened to it while I ran on the treadmill. It really helped to keep me focused on my own strength and feel more in control.
