icysno Posted January 5, 2007 Share Posted January 5, 2007 i wana know if i can b pregnant if my bf went in (with a condom) me for a few minutes only. he pull it out aftr a few minutes..and he's far from coming(ejac) ..n i finished my period 13 days ago when he did it..im not usin pill. i gav him a handjob (after takin out the condom) later..n i duno..i think i sorta touch myself down there after we're done.. (he didnt come in my hands while i was giving him a hj) i tested myself with a preg. test 10 days after we did it..and it shows im negative =.= is it too early to test it? Link to comment

Tests are only effective after missing your period. Some of them are effetive after a week of being late, others can be effective at the time your period should be due, that shoudl be printed on the instructions. And, don't freak out. I bet you, you'll be late, and you'll get your period a couple of days after being tested negative. Why? Well, basically, by freaking out you can make your period late. And, sure, you can get killed by some space garbage tomorrow, so anything can happen, but it is highly unlikely that you could be pregnant. Link to comment

blender Posted January 5, 2007 Share Posted January 5, 2007 Although anything is 'possible' it's NOT probable that you got pregnant from what you have described...so relax, breathe.. but make sure to learn from this, and do not take the risk of getting pregnant if you are not ready to bring a life into the world.. take care of your emotional maturity before taking this risk again.. I'm sure you'll be okay, just breathe, and learn from this "anxiety" that you do not want to put yourself through this again... Okay? Link to comment

I can tell you this for sure, it is more probable that you get pregnant from that than from doing nothing at all. Learn that any kind of sexual contact will increase the risk of getting pregnant. I think that you may find a LOT of reading helpful, so you can understand how it works and why it is unlikely. I really hate the current trend, instead of having sex education at the schools, they are just scaring the kids hoping that will keep them from having sex. Link to comment

scarew Posted January 5, 2007 Share Posted January 5, 2007 Your probably NOT pregnant. Stop worrying. When I first started having sex I went through all the same things. I even took the morning after pill even though it was really unnecessary. As said before, take this as a lesson and get on the pill. What was the date that your last period started? (It helps to know when taking a pregnancy test). In the mean time, relax, you will look back on this and laugh. Link to comment
icysno Posted January 5, 2007 Author Share Posted January 5, 2007 oh..we dont have access to pills and that sorta things here in my place.(yeah it su**s) and abortion is totally inexcessible (spelling?) unless legally requested..or done in neighbouring country..so i heard. i had my period on the 9th/10th and finished it on the 13th/14th. we did it twice actually and both of the act is the same. oh..and yesterday too. =X he didnt come in me, we use protection (thats whats important right?) last time we did it was on the 25th. i tried the kit 10 days after that, which was yesterday..its negative..and i suppose my period will come next week..prob delayed a few days..coz of stress and me being paranoid. lol. scarew Posted January 5, 2007 Share Posted January 5, 2007 FYI your period comes every 28 days (4 weeks) not once a month. So you should get your period this weekend. I dont know where you live and what kind of tests you have available, but here the brand First Response is the one I used and it can detect pregnancy up to 4 days before your missed period. Also, at this point a blood test will be able to tell. If you are using a condom, you should be fine. I dont see why you couldnt get on birth control pills, but if you are only able to use condoms for protection, I suggest in the future you watch your ovulation cycle as well. You are most fertile 12-14 days after your period starts so be careful around those days. You can still get pregnant anytime of the month, so ALWAYS use a condom if you dont want to get pregnant. Anyways, look for pregnancy tests that can detect the FSH horomone four days before your period, or go to your doctor and have your blood tested. Blood tests, unlike home pregnancy tests, are 100% sure. Link to comment

That is a good start. Also keep record of your period on the calendar. That way you'll know how long it usually takes instead of guessing. Once you know how long is your period, then you'll be able to tell which days you'll be fertile (and those are the days to be extra carefull). Link to comment

I always mark mine on a calendar with a little 'x' on the day I start. Good advice. This is a habit now and something I have done since I first started having periods. Link to comment

southerngirl Posted January 9, 2007 Share Posted January 9, 2007 If you really want to know when you ovulate, might I suggest charting your cycles? There is a free site that many have used who are trying to concieve BUT you can also use charting to keep from making babies too. Check it out link removed you start by marking when your period begins, and taking your temperature every morning and then jotting it onto a little chart. The software on the site is then able to predict ovulation with amazing accuracy. .... and it is a free website.. This may help you predict when you ovulate as each woman is different, and we also change with age. Link to comment
