What do you consider the right thing?

I'm curious as to what you might think is the right thing for you but another might think a mistake?

 

Example:

 

If I fall in love with someone, even if they don't love me back...I will still tell him. At the risk of losing a friend, at the risk of getting hurt, I will tell him.

 

I know that some think it a bad idea because you are opening up the door to be hurt. Personally I'd rather take the chance than regret never having said it at all and wonder for the rest of my life.

I believe that the choices that I make are my own, I am aware that others may not agree but it is still MY choice. What you are talking about are differences of opinion and with social issues it can be difficult to say what is right and what is wrong. There are always going to be people out there who will disagree with your decision and I happen to like that because it is not necessary that any one sanction a decision that you make.

As far as your example goes I dont see the point in telling the other person because I dont operate in the world of what if this or what if that. I know what I see and I know what I experience. Just because I was into a person doesnt mean that I should tell them, it just means that I am into them. Of course there are opposing views on this such as yours but who is to say which one is right, it is just about which one will be done.
