Christmas gift v.for him, low on $$

Gifts for Guys:

1. Watches

2. Dinner at his favourite restaurant

3. Sports jersey (like if he likes hockey, get him a hockey jersey).

Also, I have to say that if you really love someone, you are going to spend money on them. I don't understand someone who says they can spend $3000 on education but can't buy a $100 gift for thier loved one !!

This wouldn't work for a Christmas gift, but it just popped into my head and I thought I'd share...for Valentine's day or an anniversary, buy a whole bunch of guitar picks (since he's into guitars) and scribble something cute on all of them. Like conversation hearts, only conversation picks!

Um sweety, get into the real world of thinking for once..

I would rather my bf/gf spend $3000 on education if they are bettering themselves rather than them even spend $15 on me. I dont know where you get your thinking and logic of reasoning from and I hope you were just joking but that is just out there.. I really and truly love my bf but right now I just dont' have the money to splurge on gifts for him because of taking care of my son and schooling.. Love isn't about money and gifts and you have a big surprise waiting for you if you think so.

Back to the original post though, what is something that he's really into?

Just a thought:

Do you two share the same taste in music? Is there a band, or an album that 'connects' the two of you in some way?

If so, go out and buy the tab book for that band or album. On the inside of the front cover, write a personal message. On the singular tabs for each song, notate around them and put pictures, explaining why particular songs are so important to you. Be as mushy as you want - its like a musical scrapbook!

It sounds so cheesy - and of course, it depends on what your bf is like - but its cheap, sweet, and the sentiment is most certainly there.
