Can you get one of those kneeling-type (Balans) chairs? They may be hard on your knees, but they take the strain off your lumbar area. I typically have my home PC gear on a drafting table that can be raised for standing up. Link to comment
Spugly Fuglet Posted November 27, 2006 Author Share Posted November 27, 2006 Thanks guys have the heated pads me wifes going to pop one on me tonight from china has all this stuff in it which helps hearbs and the like, I ahve the nee char at home on my offace so for the next few days im working from home Yipppp pppeee feels better now i have had a nice lie down and back run from the old lady.
