Physical Training and Diet?

Hello, I'm inlisting in the Navy and in two years i will be taking the Navy Seal Test. I've done an extreme amount of information searching on this and I'm completely dedicated. So I'm starting a suggest PT program supplied by Navy Seals. My question is in Nutrition.



Carbohydrates 50-70% of calories

Protein 10-15% of calories

Fats 20-30% of calories


Thats the suggest Nutrition but, i have no clue on how much instake of actualy food i should be eating. Im 5'9 and i weigh 150 lbs, and wondering if anyone could help me out with how much of what i should eat? Thanks id really appreciate it.
