Misery

In reference to

 

... I hate weekends, too much time to think. I spend most of the weekends at home since I do not have a car (long story) sometimes I miss my gf so much, that it turns into misery. The problem is, that sometimes I'm so miserable, that when I'm about to burst into tears, I get ' short anger bursts' and I end up throwing a chair, punching a wall, or breaking something. It worries me to an extent, just wondering is any of you guys ever experienced this, and how would you cope with it.

Hey Jalys,

 

Throwing things, punching a wall shows an anger management problem.

 

What exactly do you feel that makes you exert such physical aggression.

 

I remember reading your other threads about being in an LDR and feeling lonely.

 

Can you take on some hobbies, sports, etc, to keep your mind preoccupied?

 

I think an anger management class would be of great benefit to you as well.

 

I know you don't have a car, but can you ride a bike or use public transportation to get places?

I'm normally not like that, it only happens when I'm feeling that particular way. There isn't much around here, don't have a bike, there is public transportation however, the closest location is perhaps a hour and a half bus ride. Don't know why I feel like this, there is alot of other 'worries' and 'problems' in my life, perhaps a contributing factor. And the fact that I didn't heard from my gf all day till a few minutes ago made it worst... I can't even understand myself sometimes
